Dispatch Services

Full-service truck dispatching for owner-operators and small carriers. We handle the office so you can handle the road.

Load Booking

We spend every day searching for freight that matches your truck, your lanes and your schedule, and plan ahead so you're not sitting empty waiting for the next load.

  • Daily load board searches
  • Direct broker and shipper relationships
  • Loads matched to your equipment
  • Back-haul planning to cut deadhead
  • Multi-day trip planning
  • Routes planned around your home time

Rate Negotiation

Brokers negotiate for a living. Now you have someone who does too. We research lane rates before every call and push for the best possible pay on each load.

  • Lane-by-lane market rate research
  • Negotiation on every single load
  • Detention and layover requests
  • Lumper and accessorial charges
  • TONU (truck ordered, not used) claims
  • Clear rate breakdown before you accept

Paperwork & Billing

Missing documents mean late payments. We keep every rate confirmation, BOL and invoice organized and sent on time so cash keeps flowing into your business.

  • Rate confirmation review
  • Bill of lading (BOL) & POD collection
  • Invoicing brokers after delivery
  • Factoring company submissions
  • Payment follow-ups
  • Organized digital records of every load

Broker Setup & Carrier Packets

We complete carrier setup packets with new brokers on your behalf, so you're approved and ready to haul when the right load comes along.

  • Carrier packet completion
  • Sending MC authority, W-9 & COI
  • Broker credit and reputation checks
  • Building your approved broker list

Driver Support & Check Calls

Your dispatcher stays in touch from pickup to delivery and handles broker check calls and updates, so you're not answering the phone while you drive.

  • Pickup and delivery appointment setting
  • Broker check calls and updates
  • Issue handling (delays, reschedules)
  • Communication by phone, text or WhatsApp

FAQ

Common questions

How much does your dispatch service cost?

We charge a percentage of each load's gross rate, starting from 4% depending on your equipment and whether you run local or OTR. See the pricing table above. Rates are negotiable, and you only pay when you haul. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work on a simple service agreement you can cancel any time. We'd rather earn your business every week.

Will you force me to take loads?

Never. We present loads with the rate, miles and details, and you decide. You are always in control of your truck.

What do I need to get started?

Typically your MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and a signed dispatch agreement. If you use a factoring company, we'll need their notice of assignment too.

What hours are you available?

We work across all US time zones with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, so you can reach us when you are actually on the road.

Do you work with new MC authorities?

Yes. Some brokers require an authority to be active for a certain time, but many work with new carriers, and we know which ones.

Ready to keep your truck loaded?

Tell us about your equipment and lanes. We'll get back to you the same day.
